I provide commercial contract preparation and drafting support, contract review and redlining support based on client instructions, preliminary trademark search and factual research support, legal operations, contract administration, document preparation, and attorney supervised paralegal and legal research support.
Can you work with our attorney?
Absolutely. I regularly collaborate with attorneys, business owners, and legal teams to support commercial contracting and legal operations.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. I offer both project based and ongoing commercial contract and legal operations support.
Do you provide trademark search support?
Yes. I provide preliminary trademark search and research support, including knockout searches of publicly available trademark records, USPTO database research, common law internet research, source compilation, and organized factual summaries. I do not provide trademark clearance opinions, registrability determinations, likelihood of confusion analysis, filing advice, or legal conclusions. Clients should have licensed trademark counsel evaluate the findings before selecting, filing, or relying upon a proposed mark.
Do you provide legal research?
Yes. I provide statutory, regulatory, case law, and secondary source research, along with legal research memoranda, concise issue summaries, citation verification, and source compilation. Legal research and related paralegal services are performed under the direction and supervision of licensed counsel.

Documents are typically exchanged securely by email or through a shared document platform, whichever is most convenient for your team.
Do you work with clients outside of San Diego?
Yes. I work remotely and support clients and law firms nationwide.
How is confidentiality of client documents handled?
I handle client documents confidentially. Specific tools and document handling practices are discussed at the outset of each engagement.
What happens during a first consultation?
An initial consultation is an opportunity to discuss your objectives, project requirements, and timeline, and to determine whether I am a good fit for your needs.
